The Nunavut from BaySpec Inc., Fremont, CA, is a line of InGaAs cameras/detectors for low-light spectroscopy in the near-IR (NIR) region. Features include 900–1700 nm, 1100–2200, and 1250–2500 nm wavelength ranges; real-time spectral DA; hermetic/vacuum sealing for operation in harsh environments; 5 V power supply design; and soft cooling to –20°C or deep air cooling to –55°F. Water cooling to –90°C is optional. Each camera is factory calibrated after extensive thermal cycling. The control electronics read out the processed digital signal; both the raw and processed data are available to the host. The camera is suited for use in the biomedical, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, semiconductor, homeland security, and optical telecommunications industries.
