TRACO POWER’s TPP 100A-J and TPP 150A-J series 100W and 150W, respectively, open-frame power supplies employ industrial-grade components and advanced thermal management to enable -25°C to +85°C operation, compliance to IEC 60068-2-6 / IEC 60068-2-27 / MIL-STD-810F for shock & vibration, and reliability more than 785,000 hours.
The 100W TPP 100A-J models measure 2 in. x 3 in. x 1.16 in. with full load, convection cooled operation up to 55°C. The 150W TPP 150A-J power supplies measure 2 in. x 4 in. x 1.16 in. and offer full-load operation up to 70°C with 10 cfm airflow (100-120W Convection cooled operation up to 55°C or 60°C depending on model and input VAC). The 150W models include a 12-Vaux output to power an external fan. Available single outputs are 12 / 15 / 24 / 36 / 48 Vout.
Features include 91-92% efficiency, <100 µA leakage current, class I and II protection and conducted EMI meets EN 55032 class B with EN 55011 limits to IEC 60601-1-2 4th edition. Safety certifications include IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 3rd edition for 2xMOPP and Type BF medical applications and UL/IEC/EN 60950-1 for ITE / Industrial applications.
