The Dispense Works RP Series robotic dispensing system with an optional vision guided system performs pattern recognition plus edge-and-hole detection for simple setup and fixturing while assuring repeatability from part to part. The robot takes a picture of the part, does any necessary offsets, and adjusts its program for dispensing and part placement. All motion, vision, and control system software is written in house and the system is available in several configurations. Systems are also available to meet FDA and clean room specifications.
