Thermally Conductive Interface Material Has Low Sag, No Bleeding

Creative Materials’ 804-24 one-component thermally conductive thermal grease is said to exhibit excellent heat dissipation properties, low sag, and no bleeding. The grease is white in color with a silicone-based filler system and claims reliable aging characteristics at temperatures up to +200°C. It has a volume resistivity of 2.0 x 1015 Ω/cm, dielectric strength of 450 volts/mil and thermal conductivity of 8.2 W/m*K.
