Nivis LLC, Atlanta, GA, offers the NISA 100.11a Evaluation kit that lets you build an ISA 100.11a network and evaluate the performance of a NISA 100.11a wireless sensor network system. The kit includes six 133EK routing field devices (with onboard sensor for temperature and humidity); a NISA multinode 1110EK backbone router/gateway, a NISA embedded PC functioning as system manager and APP, and 3 hours of technical support. Options include an external submersible pressure sensor and a high-precision external RTD. The NISA Stack 100 supports the Freescale MC13225 and the TI/Chipcon CC2420 compliant transceiver chipsets. The kit is currently available only with the CC2420.
